Raspberry Romanoff

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 ounces raspberry gelatin powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 10 ounces birds eye frozen raspberries in light syrup
  • 1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 2 add frozen raspberies and stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken.
  • 3 blend in sour cream.
  • 4 pour into mold or glass serving bowl.
  • 5 chil for 3 hours.
