Raspberry Champagne

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1/2 cup framboise de bourgogne brandy
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 lemons, unpeeled
  • 5 oranges, unpeeled
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 6 (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled

Recipe

  • 1 combine framboise, brandy, orange liquer, and sugar in a large container and shake/stir to dissolve sugar. slice lemons and oranges and add to the container. cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • 2 into a chilled punch bowl place a large block of ice then add the chilled mixture and the raspberries. carefully add the chilled champagne and serve at once.
