Raspberry Champagne

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup framboise de bourgogne brandy
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 lemons, unpeeled
- 5 oranges, unpeeled
- 2 cups raspberries
- 6 (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled
Recipe
- 1 combine framboise, brandy, orange liquer, and sugar in a large container and shake/stir to dissolve sugar. slice lemons and oranges and add to the container. cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- 2 into a chilled punch bowl place a large block of ice then add the chilled mixture and the raspberries. carefully add the chilled champagne and serve at once.
