- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose water
Recipe
- 1 gently heat the water on the stove. add vanilla sugar and rosewater and stir until it dissolves. place in a shallow dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. remove and break up the ice crystals with a fork. repeat 2 or 3 times until the granita is fully frozen into small crystals.
