Rosewater And Vanilla Granita

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Recipe

  • 1 gently heat the water on the stove. add vanilla sugar and rosewater and stir until it dissolves. place in a shallow dish in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. remove and break up the ice crystals with a fork. repeat 2 or 3 times until the granita is fully frozen into small crystals.
