Six Fruit Kabobs With Strawberry-yogurt Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt (or nondairy sour cream)
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise (or tofu mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled & separated into sections
  • 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled & sliced
  • 6 fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, in chunks

Recipe

  • 1 for the dip: put all the dip ingredients into a food processor or blender & process until smooth.
  • 2 transfer to a bowl, cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3 for the kabobs: thread chunks of fruit sturdy toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
  • 4 serve kabobs with the dip & enjoy!
