Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 -5 slices bread
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs until smooth and blended.
- 2 mix in the milk and salt.
- 3 dip in the bread and cook in hot butter on med high heat.
- 4 brown on both sides.
- 5 add confectioners' sugar and serve hot.
- 6 yummy!
