Shepherd's Pie !!!

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 800 g hamburger or 800 g beef mince
- 1 1/2 finely chopped onions
- 5 potatoes (enough to fill a large sauce pan)
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 75 ml lea & perrins chili-garlic sauce
- 250 g sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups canned corn or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- milk
- butter
Recipe
- 1 boil water in large saucepan and add the 1/2 onion and about a teaspoon of salt.
- 2 add chopped potatoes and reduce heat.
- 3 add hamburger or mince and garlic to frying pan and cook until almost all of the hamburger is browned.
- 4 add the 1 onion and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat or until hamburger is fully cooked and mushrooms begin to shrink.
- 5 drain excess grease from frying pan and add corn.
- 6 add worcestershire sauce and chili & garlic sauce and keep heat on medium.

- 8 remove potatoes, drain, and add milk, butter, and salt to taiste while mashing.
- 9 add cheese to mash potatoes.

- 11 add frying pan contents to a pyrex dish or any oven safe glass pan and top with mash potatoes.
- 12 cook on 175°c or 350°f for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
