Seared Tuna With Tomatoes And Basil

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs tuna (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1 onion (chopped about 1 cup)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup dry white
  • 3 sprigs fresh basil (chopped coarsely)

Recipe

  • 1 in a 12 inch skillet, heat 1/1/2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat.

  • 16 spoon hot sauce over tuna before serving.
