Seared Scallop Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) bag of frozen bay scallops
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 chopped fresh garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons 6% cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup dried spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 bring a large pot of salted water to boil. add spaghetti. cook until desired tenderness. drain and set aside.
- 2 in a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes). add scallops and sear.
- 3 add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan. simmer for 3-4 minutes. remove from heat, toss with pasta, and enjoy!
