Pumpkin Pie Ii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 recipe unbaked 9 inch pie crust

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 5 mins

  • preheat oven to 400 degrees f (200 degrees c).
  • in a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. blend in the eggs, milk and evaporated milk. pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • bake in the preheated oven 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. cool on a metal rack before serving.
