Pretty Honey Butter

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1/3 cup jam (any kind, raspberry is very pretty)

Recipe

• 1 with an electric mixer mix honey, butter and any kind of jam you wish.
• 2 if scooped with an ice-cream scoop this looks like pretty ice-cream.
• 3 if we are having company, i like to make a couple of different colors of honey butter.
