Pol Martin-far Breton

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 1/4 cup marmalade
  • 1/2 cup sultana raisin
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • icing sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350*f.
  • 2 butter a 1 3/4-inch deep baking dish, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch (30 x 19 cm) in size.
  • 3 place eggs and sugar in bowl, beat together.
  • 4 add flour and salt, beat to incorporate.
  • 5 add rum, marmalade and raisins, beat well.
  • 6 pour in milk and beat to incorporate.
  • 7 pour batter into baking dish and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
