Sunflower Apricot Go Bars

Ingredients

- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup roasted lightly salted sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped dried apricot
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots and salt. stir in sunflower seed butter, honey and orange zest.
- 2 press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. remove from pan and cut in 16 bars.
