Sunflower Apricot Go Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup roasted lightly salted sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried apricot
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots and salt. stir in sunflower seed butter, honey and orange zest.
  • 2 press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. remove from pan and cut in 16 bars.
