Ingredients

- 1/2 cup applejack (can substitute with calvados)
- angostura bitters
- 2 cups apple cider
Recipe
- 1 pour 1/4 cup of applejack into each of two tall glasses, and add a dash of bitters to each, if you wish.
- 2 add several ice cubes or cracked ice, fill each glass with cider, and serve.
