Spiked Hot Cider

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups tawny port
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider, fresh
  • 1/2 apple, sliced into thin wedges with skin on (preferable a red mcintosh, for the color)

Recipe

  • 1 warm port and cider over low heat for 5-10 minutes. pour into mugs and garsnish with apple slices on the rim.
