Simple Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 mango
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, minced (opt. ribs and seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • sea salt, to taste
  • organic tortilla chips or pita chips, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 directions.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, combine mango*, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces (about 2 cups), onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice; season with salt. serve with tortilla chips. serves 4.
  • 3 *variations: can add pineapple or organic peaches. or substitute 2-3 organic tomatoes for mango.
