Roasted Sesame Asparagus

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 rinse asparagus and pat dry.
  • 3 place on jelly roll pan or a pan with sides.
  • 4 drizzle sesame oil onto asparagus, tossing to coat, then sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • 5 roast for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus. i like the ends to be a little crispy.
