- 1 lb frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, combine edamame, salt, pepper and oil. spread in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- 2 bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until crisp and dry. let cool in pan.
- 3 store in airtight container.
