Ingredients

- 3 ounces pomegranate seeds, dried (i used shan)
- 6 cups water
- 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (can use honey instead)
Recipe
- 1 bring water to rolling boil. add seeds and turn heat to low. simmer for about 3 minutes. remove from heat and allow to steep 10-15 minutes. strain and sweeten.
- 2 this is good hot or cold.
