- 1 chill the bowl you will mix in.
- 2 whip cream with mixer in chilled bowl.
- 3 when the cream begins to thicken, slowly add splenda and vanilla.
- 4 continue to mix until stiff peaks and ridges form.
- 5 be careful not to overbeat.
