Sugar Free Strawberry Pie

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1 baked 9 inch pie shell
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 6 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute or 4 packets equal sugar substitute (i prefer to use splenda)
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip or 1 package dream whipped topping (kraft)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan mix water and cornstarch with a wire whisk.
  • 2 bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  • 3 remove from heat, cool slightly.
  • 4 stir in gelatin and sweetener.
  • 5 mix well, and gently stir in strawbrries.
  • 6 pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • 7 top with cool whip or dream whip right before serving.
  • 8 garnish with strawberies if desired.
