Spicy Nuts In The Slow Cooker

Total Time: 2 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1 lb walnuts
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in slow cooker. cover and cook on high for 15 minutes. turn to low and continue to cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 2 hours. transfer nuts to a baking sheet and cool completely.
