Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (coriander)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
- 2 cover and chill.
- 3 serve cold.
