Ingredients

• 4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cardamom, ground
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350.
• 2 sift flour, baking soda, and cardamom together.
• 3 cream butter and sugar.
• 4 add flour misture and sour cream alternately.
• 5 pour into well-greased and lightly floured bundt pan.
• 6 bake 1 hour.
• 7 cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
• 8 cool on wire rack and then dust with confectioners sugar.
