Ingredients

- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cardamom, ground
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350.
- 2 sift flour, baking soda, and cardamom together.
- 3 cream butter and sugar.
- 4 add flour misture and sour cream alternately.
- 5 pour into well-greased and lightly floured bundt pan.
- 6 bake 1 hour.
- 7 cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
- 8 cool on wire rack and then dust with confectioners sugar.
