Red Pepper And Hemp Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw hemp seeds, soaked
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
