Ingredients

- 3 ounces raspberry gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 10 ounces birds eye frozen raspberries in light syrup
- 1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)
Recipe
- 1 dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- 2 add frozen raspberies and stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken.
- 3 blend in sour cream.
- 4 pour into mold or glass serving bowl.
- 5 chil for 3 hours.
