Slimmers Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 apple, cored
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen apple juice (i buy a bottle of apple juice and freeze 1/2 cup measures in little snap lock bags)
- sugar substitute, to taste (i use splenda)
- 1 tablespoon lsa (linseeds, sunflower and almonds mix)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 put roughly chopped apple, banana and yoghurt in blender. whizz till fruit are well chopped. add rest of ingreients and blend until smooth.
