Slimmers Smoothie

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple juice (i buy a bottle of apple juice and freeze 1/2 cup measures in little snap lock bags)
  • sugar substitute, to taste (i use splenda)
  • 1 tablespoon lsa (linseeds, sunflower and almonds mix)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 put roughly chopped apple, banana and yoghurt in blender. whizz till fruit are well chopped. add rest of ingreients and blend until smooth.
