's Infamous Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons cinnamon
• 3 teaspoons sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400.
• 2 mix butter, shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
• 3 in separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar.
• 4 combine with moist ingredients.
• 5 shape dough into round balls.
• 6 mix remaining sugar with cinnamon.
• 7 roll balls in the mixture and place on baking sheet.
• 8 bake 8-10 minutes.
