Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 cup sparkling white , chilled (like prosecco)
- 2 tablespoons or 2 tablespoons limoncello, chilled
- 1/3 cup lemon sorbet
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh mint leaves, very finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 pour the prosecco and (or limoncello) into 2 flutes, diving equally.
- 2 spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute.
- 3 sprinkle with mint and serve immediately.
