Swedish Cream

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 Mix together sugar and gelatin, stir in cream and let sit 2 minute.
  • 2 Cook over medium heat 5 minute until gelatin dissolves.
  • 3 Remove from heat and cool.
  • 4 Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
  • 5 Pour into individual dishes and chill until set.
  • 6 Serve with fresh berries.
