- 1 cup small ripe strawberry, quartered (about 1/2 a pint)
- 1 (14 ounce) bottle white wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 Place berries in a 2-cup glass jar and pour in the vinegar. Cover and set aside at room temperature for 3 days.
- 2 Strain the strawberry vinegar through a fine sieve. Pour into a clean bottle, using a funnel if necessary, cap tightly and store in a cool dark place.
