Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, siced
- 1/8 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
