Snow Cream in a Blender

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2-3/4 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • full tray ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 Pour milk into blender and add all remaining ingredients.
  • 2 Blend on high until all ice chunks are gone.
  • 3 Pour into glasses and enjoy!
  • 4 *Can also use heavy cream, evaporated milk, or half & half for creamier taste (but higher fat content).
