Sugar Hill Inn's Raisin Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons butter, very cold, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup raisins (or cranberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 add dry ingredients into a food processor and pulse.
- 3 add butter, and pulse 15 times.
- 4 add raisins or cranberries.
- 5 transfer mixture to a mixing bowl.
- 6 add cream.
- 7 mix with spatula.
- 8 turnout onto parchment paper.
- 9 lightly knead.
- 10 to shape, press into a 9" round non-stick pan.
- 11 remove dough from the mold and cut into 10 wedges.
- 12 bake 12 - 15 minutes.
