Ingredients

- 1 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 -2 green pepper, chopped
- 20 ounces frozen corn
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 brown the bacon in a large skillet.
- 2 drain most of the grease.
- 3 add the onion and green pepper to the bacon and cook until tender.
- 4 add the brown sugar and the corn.
- 5 stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until corn is lightly browned.
