Ingredients

- 0.5 (300 ml) can regular eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine eagle brand, water and salt in top of double boiler; gradually stir in eggs.
- 2 cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon, about 20 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat at once. cool quickly in a pan of cold water.
- 4 stir in vanilla. pour into 4 dessert dishes. chill.
