Soft Bean Tortillas

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup bean flour
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
  • 2 add eggs and water.
  • 3 set aside and let sit for 20 minutes.
  • 4 spray small skillet with cooking spray.
  • 5 pour 1/4 cup for one tortilla in pan.
  • 6 cook on one side until golden brown.
  • 7 turn over, barely cook for 30-40 seconds on second side.
  • 8 place on wax paper.
  • 9 (keep wax paper between each tortilla for easy seperation.).
  • 10 store in fridge or freezer.
  • 11 can be warmed in microwave.
