Soft Bean Tortillas

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup bean flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
- 2 add eggs and water.
- 3 set aside and let sit for 20 minutes.
- 4 spray small skillet with cooking spray.
- 5 pour 1/4 cup for one tortilla in pan.
- 6 cook on one side until golden brown.
- 7 turn over, barely cook for 30-40 seconds on second side.
- 8 place on wax paper.
- 9 (keep wax paper between each tortilla for easy seperation.).
- 10 store in fridge or freezer.
- 11 can be warmed in microwave.
