- 1 lb soba noodles or 1 lb vermicelli
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 cup green onion, sliced
Recipe
- 1 cook, drain and rinse noodles.
- 2 add sauce, stir and let soak in.
- 3 sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
