Rosemary & Smoked Sea Salt Roasted Walnuts

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons walnut oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoons smoked flaked sea salt (malden)
- 4 cups walnuts, unsalted
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 150c/300°f
- 2 line a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
- 3 put the walnuts into a large mixing bowl.
- 4 in a small bowl, combine the walnut oil, rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt.
- 5 pour the oil mixture over the walnuts and mix well until the walnuts are covered evenly.
- 6 pour the walnuts onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 7 bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring the walnuts regularly.
- 8 allow the walnuts to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
