Rosemary Almonds

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a shallow pan.
  • 3 roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  • 4 drain on absorbent paper, cool.
