Ingredients
- 2 cups blanched whole almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons rosemary, crushed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a shallow pan.
- 3 roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- 4 drain on absorbent paper, cool.
