Ingredients
- 6 quarts popped corn
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 tablespoon root beer extract
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 bring first 6 ingredients barely to a boil. remove from heat. add last 2 ingredients & stir.
- 2 pour over popped corn & mix well.
- 3 bake 250º for one hour; stirring every 15 minute.
