Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 6 ounces diet root beer
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 3/4 cup ice cube
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 place all in a blender or food processor.
- 2 blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
- 3 pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
