Raspberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 1/2 cups frozen sweetened raspberries
- 1 1/4 ounces unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 drain thawed raspberries
- 2 heat 1 1/2 cups berry liquid
- 3 soften 1envolope gelatin in orange juice
- 4 dissolve in hot berry liquid
- 5 chill until thick and syrupy
- 6 whip cream
- 7 fold in raspberries and whipped cream pour into pie crust
- 8 chill overnight.
